Refund and Return Policy
ASA Store merchandise is generally produced on demand. Because items are made specifically after purchase, we are not able to accept routine returns or exchanges for size selection, color preference, buyer’s remorse, or other non-defect reasons unless required by applicable law.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, please contact ASA Store support promptly at support@safeaerospace.org with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the item and packaging, if applicable
After review, ASA Store support may offer a replacement, refund, or other resolution depending on the issue and fulfillment partner requirements.
Sizing
Please review product size guides before ordering. Because many items are produced on demand, size exchanges are generally not available unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Refund timing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider and bank.
Non-returnable items
Used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged items may not be eligible for replacement or refund unless the issue is due to a production or fulfillment defect.
