Terms of Service

The ASA Store is operated for supporters of Americans for Safe Aerospace. Merchandise purchases are separate from tax-deductible donations unless ASA specifically states otherwise at checkout or on a receipt.

By placing an order, customers agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. ASA Store may be unable to update or cancel an order once it has entered production or fulfillment.

Product images, colors, sizing, and availability may vary slightly by production run, supplier, screen display, or fulfillment availability. ASA Store may update products, pricing, and availability at any time.

ASA’s name, logos, and marks may not be copied, resold, modified, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

For merchandise support, customers should contact support@safeaerospace.org rather than personal contact information for ASA personnel. We aim to respond within 2–3 business days.
